The Career Mentoring Program is offered by the CRC 1261 and RTG 2154 (Link). It is a program, to support outstanding and highly motivated female master students at an early stage in their career. The program includes a student assistant job accompanied with individual mentoring and consists of:

Individual coaching: via individual analysis and coaching the student gets to know about her behavioral patterns, needs, talents, and how to best develop her potential.

Career mentoring and counselling by a female CRC project leader: support via individual sessions, advice regarding studies, career, and personal support options.

Participation at CRC retreats: getting insight into the CRC-projects and opportunity to network with doctoral researchers and project leaders.

Participation at a conference: the student accompanies a project leader to a conference, someone who will act as a mentor and will support the student in establishing contacts and networks.
If you are interested in a research assistant job within the Career Mentoring Program:

3. We will inform you if a research assistant job is available.Â
Your application should include:
- a letter of motivation
- your Bachelor degree certificate (prerequisite ECTS-grade B or better, and you are enrolled in one of the faculty's Master's degree programs)
- a reference from a professor
